Roof Inspection & Resealing
The roof is the most critical — and most overlooked — area of any RV. We inspect seams, vents, and penetrations and reseal any cracked or missing caulk to prevent leaks before they start.
Exterior Seal Inspection
Windows, doors, vents, and sidewall seams are common entry points for water. We inspect and address compromised seals around the full exterior to protect the structure and interior.
Slide-Out Lubrication & Adjustment
Slide-outs that grind, stick, or don't seal properly waste energy and invite water in. We lubricate the mechanism, check the seals, and adjust alignment so everything glides and closes cleanly.
Battery Check & Service
We test voltage, check connections, and inspect house and chassis batteries for corrosion or deterioration. Know your battery health before you hit the road or put the rig in storage.
Awning Inspection & Maintenance
We extend, inspect, and clean the awning fabric and hardware — lubricating moving parts, checking for tears, and ensuring it retracts and locks securely.
Pre/Post Season Inspection
Heading out for the season or putting the rig to bed? We run a comprehensive inspection checklist to make sure everything is road-ready before you go and properly prepped when you return.
